We do not consider ourselves responsible for delivering your order until we have issued a confirmation email to the e-mail address you have provided to us.

Be careful! Some plants or flowers may be harmful or poisonous. If you require further information before placing your order please do not hesitate to contact us.
In case of any supply or quality difficulties we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality. We may try to contact you regarding this situation. However, this will be carried out on a case by case basis. If we fail to contact you via the contact information provided by the time we are required to make up your order, we will assume that you accept the substitution.
In case of not being able to supply the product you ordered or substitute it to you at all, we will notify you as soon as possible and we will provide you with a full refund.
– Refund & Cancellation
In case of cancellation we require at least 24 hours notice prior to the delivery date to successfully give you a refund.
If the order is refused by the recipient we cannot provide you with a refund.

It is possible that our plants and flower products will vary slightly from the photos, as they are natural items. However, we think that our photographs are representative of the quality, size and appearance of the products delivered. Plants and flowers you receive may have imperfections, this is due to the nature of the product, they are living things so cannot be perfect. We do our best to pack and deliver the products undamaged. However, if your plants or flowers arrived damaged please contact us on 07951873381 within 1 hour (after receiving them) showing photos of the packaging and products received on our email or social media accounts and we will endeavour to sort it out with you immediately. We are not able to control the environments that the products may be placed once delivered, so beyond this limit we can not offer a refund.
For some bouquet order all of the flowers may not be in stock so we reserve the right to substitute flowers if required.
